What we do, and what we do not
Kingsley Roofing Group of Buena Park is a matching service. We are not a licensed roofing contractor, we do not carry roofing crews, and nobody from this company will ever come to your house. What we do is take your request and hand it to independent roofing companies working in Buena Park and the surrounding Orange County area.
The contract, the work, the warranty and the liability all sit between you and the contractor you choose. We are not a party to it, we take no share of the job, and we cannot make anybody honour anything. That is why the checks below matter and why we tell you to do a couple of them yourself.
How contractors get into the network
- They confirm the trades they take on — a tile crew and a flat-roof crew are not the same business.
- They agree to the three-contractor cap and to contacting you only about the request you submitted.
- They give us a state contractor licence number, which must be current.
- They provide certificates of general liability and workers compensation insurance.
It removes the obviously unqualified. It cannot tell you whether a crew will show up on the Tuesday they promised. Check the licence with the state board and ask for current insurance, every time, whoever sent them.
What happens to your information
Three contractors, and that is the entire distribution. No brokers, no lists, no advertising profiles built out of what you told us. The privacy policy sets out the detail, and the do-not-sell page is there if you would rather we did not share it at all.
Why it is free
The contractors pay; you do not. Saying so is not modesty, it is the useful fact: it tells you why this exists and what we are optimising for, which is contractors who close work rather than contractors who pay most.
